APS Employee Census

The APS Employee Census (the Census) is an annual survey designed to collect confidential feedback from APS employees on their workplace. In 2025, the Census took place from 5 May to 6 June.

In 2025, 89% of PWSS employees completed the Census. The overall results are positive, highlighting our strengths in key areas:

• 86% of PWSS staff are proud to work at PWSS
• 89% of PWSS staff feel committed to achieving PWSS goals
• 91% of PWSS staff are willing to go the extra mile when required.

The Census results enable PWSS to identify areas of high performance and opportunities for improvement. We will continue to monitor progress on our core organisational strategies, initiatives, and workplace culture throughout the year.
