Department of Finance Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing Policy for Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984 employees - April 2022

This outlines the WHS policy written by the Department of Finance Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing Policy for Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984 employees (MOPS staff).

This policy is currently being updated by the PWSS and will be consulted with the WHS Committee at their next meeting. Please note the following errors have been identified:

• The footer references Domestic and Family Violence Policy. This should read Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing Policy.
• References throughout the document to the Department of Finance (Finance) should be replaced with the PWSS.
• Section 4.4 references notable incidents. This should read notifiable incidents.
• The contacts listed in Section 6 are no longer current and should be replaced with:
