DRAFT Preventing and Responding to Unlawful Conduct Policy
This policy is to ensure participants understand what unlawful conduct is and the standards of behaviour expected of them, their legal rights and responsibilities in relation to unlawful conduct, and how to address and respond to unlawful conduct in the workplace.
This policy is currently being consulted with the WHS Committee and Employee Consultative Group. All Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplace participants are invited to provide any comments or feedback to WHS@pwss.gov.au by 30 January 2026.
