MOP(s) Act employee eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a role as a MOP(S) Act employee, you must meet the following criteria:
- Right to work in Australia: you must have a right to work in Australia either through citizenship, permanent residency, or a relevant visa.
- Criminal History Check: it is expected that you will undertake a National Police History Check (NPC), unless otherwise determined by the employing parliamentarian.
- Behaviour Codes: you will be required to comply with the Behaviour Codes and Standard.
- Security Clearance: If you work for a Minister or Assistant Minister you must obtain and maintain at least a Negative Vetting 2 security clearance.
