The Australian Human Rights Commission’s anti-racism training program helps organisations to thrive by providing participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent and respond to racism. Their course will benefit managers and employees who want to ensure their workplace is safe and free from racism and racial discrimination.
Outcomes include:
- increased knowledge of what racism is
- understanding the context of race and racism in Australia, including the Racial Discrimination Act
- greater awareness of the impacts of racism
- tools and strategies for tackling racial discrimination in the workplace
- guidance for effective bystander action.
Format:
This course is delivered online and takes 2–3 hours to complete. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end.
