As a Learning Facilitator within the PWSS Academy team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of workplace learning and development for those who work or volunteer in Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces (CPWs) across Australia. The role will require you to deliver face-to-face and face-to-screen programs to diverse cohorts on subject matter that supports more positive, safe and respectful workplaces. You will also identify and implement learning opportunities to be offered within the Professional Development Program (PDP) framework. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the PDP and program materials (including facilitator guides, visual references, workbooks, fact sheets and online modules/content).
Given the complex and sensitive nature of CPWs, this position requires a high level of personal and professional resilience, sound judgement and the ability to respond and shift priorities and approach in a fast-paced environment.
