As an ICT Project Manager within the Wellbeing Support team, you will lead the implementation of a new enterprise Client Management System and associated digital service improvements across PWSS.
Working collaboratively with the CMS vendor, ICT shared services provider and business areas, you will lead the project from planning and design through to implementation and transition into business-as-usual. You will ensure the system is secure, fit for purpose and supports consistent data capture, reporting and operational decision-making.
The role will coordinate business requirements, system integrations, data and reporting capability, testing, assurance and organisational change. It will also contribute to broader ICT and business improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency and support the effective use of information across PWSS.
