PWSS Early Intervention Policy
The PWSS Early Intervention policy provides guidance to parliamentarians and MOP(S) Act employees on the early intervention supports that are generally available if an employee sustains a work-related physical or psychological illness or injury. It also includes guidance for employees in deciding whether to disclose a disability.

The PWSS provides MOP(S) Act staff and parliamentarians with HR advice, professional development, and work health and safety support. All people who work in Commonwealth parliamentary workplaces can access PWSS complaint resolution and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
