Stop by and see the team in person, we are located at Suite M2.105 in Parliament House. We are available from 8:30am-7pm Monday to Wednesday of sitting weeks and from 9am-5pm on all other business days.

Anonymous reporting

The Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS) helps to support higher standards in the Commonwealth parliamentary workplace. 

Telling us about your experience will help us to improve Commonwealth parliamentary workplaces for all participants. You can report to the PWSS anonymously and you can remain anonymous while receiving support.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for MOP(S) Act employees and parliamentarians

Current MOP(S) Act employees and parliamentarians, and their immediate family and household members, have access to free, professional and confidential counselling through an Employee Assistance Program. If you are not a MOP(S) Act employee or a parliamentarian, you are unable to access this service. Please seek advice from your employer about whether they provide an EAP service.

Local Resolution Policy sets out the way PWSS can assist in de-escalation and resolution of a workplace complaint at the earliest opportunity by resolving, explaining, clearing up, mediating or negotiating the matter between the parties, and helping the parties move forward.
