Career transition resources for outgoing parliamentarians
Navigating a career transition can be an unsettling experience, especially if the change was unplanned. However, with the right advice and support, a career transition can provide time for reflection and exploration of new opportunities. You may wish to explore professional development opportunities during this time as you plan for your next career move.
Career transition executive coaching
Executive coaching equips you with personalised strategies to manage career transitions and prepare for new roles. It provides invaluable support by helping you gain clarity on your career direction, set actionable goals, and develop a strategic vision for your professional growth. It can also enhance leadership skills such as decision-making, communication, and strategic thinking, while boosting confidence to navigate challenges with resilience.
If you would like to schedule a one-on-one session with a career transition coach, please contact us by phone at 1800 PH PWSS (1800 747 977) - Option 4, by email at training@pwss.gov.au.
